We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher with a Waldorf Certificate and 3-5 years of teaching experience. In this role, you will engage with students’ diverse backgrounds, promote respect, and foster community values. Strong classroom management and an understanding of child development are key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate learning through Waldorf educational practices

• Engage in department meetings and lesson planning collaboratively

• Create and manage written student evaluations

• Organize and partake in school events and festivals

• Build professional connections with families and staff

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years teaching experience in Waldorf education

• Must possess or obtain BC Teachers Regulation Branch certification

• Mandatory clear Criminal Record check

• Enjoy the outdoors in a rural learning environment

• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed
