Lunch Supervisor

Position: Lunch Hour Supervisor for Students
Take on the role of Noon Hour Student Supervisor with School District No. 22, monitoring students during school lunch breaks. Prioritize student safety and well-being while handling minor first aid and incident reporting.

This position spans five hours weekly throughout the school year and is well-suited for dependable individuals with experience in childcare. Collaborate closely with the school principal to ensure smooth and safe lunch times, addressing any concerns as they arise. Engage actively in fostering a positive atmosphere for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise lunchtime activities and student conduct

• Assist with minor first aid as necessary

• Report incidents and maintain necessary documentation

• Monitor safety and address any issues

• Engage with the principal in student oversight

Requirements:

• Completed at least Grade 10

• Six months of prior experience with children

• Compliance with union terms

• Preference given to candidates with Indigenous ancestry

• Commitment to a safe and supportive environment
