Take on the rewarding role of Noon Hour Student Supervisor at School District No. 22, focused on providing a safe lunchtime for students. This is a five-hour per week position during the school year.
In this part-time supervisory position, you will play an essential role in ensuring student safety during lunch. Working under the direction of the school principal, you'll monitor students, address minor medical issues, and report any incidents. Your previous experience working with children, gained through volunteering or parenting, will be beneficial in managing lunch activities effectively. The role covers five hours a week, excluding in-service and non-instructional days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee student interactions during lunch

• Provide minor first-aid assistance when necessary

• Report any incidents to the principal

• Document safety concerns and incidents

• Promote a positive lunchtime environment
Requirements:

• Must have completed Grade 10

• Six months of relevant child-focused experience

• Ability to get along with students and staff

• Work five hours a week during the school year

• Preference for candidates of Indigenous descent
