Position: Business Administration Faculty Positions Available

As a faculty member, you will be responsible for overseeing both instructional and professional development efforts, delivering classes in Business Administration while applying innovative teaching methods. A Master’s degree is required, with a preference for those holding a Doctorate. Candidates should be ready to engage in course development and continuous learning to maintain a rich academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate Business Administration courses across campuses

• Evaluate student performance and deliver constructive feedback

• Innovate and develop new courses and teaching strategies

• Facilitate student support and tutoring outside of class hours

• Manage laboratory materials and assist with practical exercises

Requirements:

• A Master’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline

• Proven teaching experience at the post-secondary level

• Familiarity with business fields like Marketing or Entrepreneurship

• Experience in hybrid and online course offerings

• Strong commitment to research and community service
