Lunchtime Supervisor

Position: Lunchtime Supervisor for Students
School District No. 22 is hiring a Lunchtime Supervisor for students to start as soon as possible. This position focuses on supervising during lunch and maintaining student safety.

In this part-time role, you will work one hour each day for five hours per week during the school year, with temporary employment until December 19, 2025. Under the direction of the school principal, you will guide students during lunchtime, address minor first-aid needs, and document incidents when necessary.

Your role is vital for fostering a safe lunchtime environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students during lunch hours consistently

• Provide first-aid support for minor injuries

• Report incidents and fill out necessary paperwork

• Assist in creating a safe lunch environment

• Interact positively with students and staff

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 10 is required

• Six months of experience with children is necessary

• A caring and responsible attitude towards students

• Adherence to union guidelines is essential

• Preference for applicants declaring Indigenous heritage
