School District No. 22, situated in beautiful south-central British Columbia, serves diverse communities including Vernon and Coldstream. This role requires leaders who embody relational leadership while supporting the Board of Education's Strategic Priorities:
Student Success, Leadership Excellence, and Community Connections. Candidates must have a deep understanding of effective instruction and the ability to foster inclusive learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead educational initiatives aligned with district priorities

• Support inclusive learning and effective assessment practices

• Communicate effectively with staff, students, and families

• Promote Indigenous education within school programs

• Engage in leadership development and growth opportunities

Requirements:

• Master's degree in education

• Valid BC teaching certificate

• Minimum 3 years of public school leadership experience

• Extensive teaching experience in public education

• Committed to Truth and Reconciliation initiatives
