Candidates ideally possess 3-5 years of classroom experience, alongside the necessary Waldorf certification or BC Teachers Regulation Branch certification. Enthusiasm for outdoor learning and developing motor skills through various activities is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and assess BC and Waldorf curriculum content

• Foster students’ physical and creative skills through play

• Conduct class and parent meetings regularly

• Participate in faculty and school-wide events and policies

• Build collaborative relationships with parents and staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years Waldorf Kindergarten teaching experience

• Waldorf and BC Teachers Regulatory Branch certification

• Passion for outdoor settings and active learning

• Completion of Waldorf Early Childhood Educator Training

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
