Maven Lane invites skilled Early Childhood Educator Assistants to nurture and guide school-age children. This important role emphasizes a safe and engaging environment that fosters children’s development.

Working as an ECEA, you will facilitate daily routines, supervise children, and maintain a clean and inviting learning space. Collaborate with the team on curriculum initiatives and engage in meaningful communication with families. Your involvement in transporting children from school is also vital to their daily experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise children during daily activities

• Provide transportation support on the Maven Lane bus

• Collaborate on creating emergent curriculum

• Monitor and respond to children’s health needs

• Build relationships with families and encourage involvement

Requirements:

• ECEA or Responsible Adult Certificate required

• Valid Emergency Child Care First Aid Certificate

• Excellent communication skills

• Flexible and professional demeanor

• Strong commitment to inclusive practices
