This temporary, full-time position is designed for educators who thrive in the Waldorf philosophy and practice. Candidates should have 3-5 years of teaching experience in Waldorf Kindergartens and must hold the requisite certifications.

Your role will involve engaging with a diverse student body and encouraging discovery through play and movement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging lessons for young children

• Support physical development through games and activities

• Hold regular meetings with parents and participate in school activities

• Collaborate with faculty on school policies and events

• Create a nurturing and respectful classroom environment

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Waldorf Kindergarten teaching experience

• Waldorf Teaching certification or valid BC certification

• Passion for working outdoors and facilitating exploration

• Enrollment in an AWSNA/WECAN Waldorf training program

• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs
