JIBC is looking for Sessional Instructors to teach in the Primary Care Paramedic program starting September 2026. Candidates should possess proof of licensing and experience in paramedicine, ready to engage students with hands-on demonstrations and structured feedback. You will actively support learners' development in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site instruction and hands-on demonstrations

• Evaluate student progress through various assessment tools

• Maintain accurate records of student performance

• Create a respectful and inclusive classroom atmosphere

• Collaborate with colleagues via Microsoft Teams and JIBC platforms

Requirements:

• Licensing through EMALB or equivalent (PCP level)

• Commitment to teach six days each month

• Experience in paramedicine preferred

• Background in teaching or mentoring advantageous

• Strong communication and instructional skills
