Join Westpro Machinery as a Senior Structural Design Engineer in Vernon, BC, and work on cutting-edge mineral processing projects. This position allows you to utilize your expertise in structural design and engineering.

We're looking for a Senior Structural Design Engineer who possesses 10+ years’ experience. You will be responsible for leading complex structural designs, optimizing performance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards in dynamic global projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee structural frame and support design projects
• Detail and draft fabrication and assembly drawings
• Optimize steel and plate design structures
• Prepare design reports with required specifications
• Generate foundation load drawings with necessary tables
Requirements:
• Valid Professional Engineer Designation (P.Eng.)
• At least 10 years in heavy structural steel design
• Advanced knowledge in STAAD and/or SAP
2000
• Proficient with Solid Works and AutoCAD
• Extensive knowledge of Canadian and international design codes
