Key Responsibilities:
• Compute wins and losses along with bet settlements
• Secure chips, cards, and cash with transaction verification
• Maintain game pace and enforce game security
• Resolve disputes by contacting Dealer Supervisor when needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role
• Valid Serving It Right/ Proserve/ Smart Serve certification
• Strong math skills for quick calculations
• Dealing experience is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
