Location: Lake Country
Process financial transactions accurately as a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust in Lake Country, British Columbia. Support customers through deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
This Customer Experience Associate serves TD Canada Trust customers within Personal & Commercial Banking. The work focuses on customer service transactions, financial accuracy, and understanding customer needs. You will provide information about banking services, products, and solutions while supporting a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
- Follow standardized operating procedures for financial transactions
- Comply with industry regulations and TD’s Code of Conduct
- Understand customer needs during branch interactions
- Provide information about banking products and solutions
- Ability to process financial transactions accurately
- Ability to provide excellent customer experiences
- Ability to understand customer banking needs
- Ability to advise on suitable banking solutions
- Availability for fifteen hours in Lake Country
