Deliver client service at CIBC in Winfield, BC, using financial products knowledge and digital literacy. This is an on-site, part-time banking centre position.
As a Client Service Representative, you will support Personal and Business Banking clients with day-to-day banking needs. You will answer questions, assist with transactions, resolve issues, and connect clients with appropriate CIBC team members. The role supports meaningful client experiences and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Help clients manage accounts and banking products
- Answer questions and assist with banking transactions
- Listen, ask questions, and resolve client issues
- Connect clients with appropriate CIBC team members
- Introduce mobile banking applications to clients
- Financial services products knowledge
- Client service and interpersonal communication skills
- Digital literacy and technology interest
- Flexibility for evenings and weekends
- Flexibility to work at multiple banking centres
Use client engagement, problem solving, and technology knowledge to support CIBC clients at the Winfield banking centre.
