Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hair styling and customer service, ensuring that every client leaves feeling their best. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Provide a variety of hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products.
• Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and promote retail sales.
• Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and handling payments.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalized service.

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients.
• Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in upselling products related to hair care.

Pay: $19.00-$40.00 per hour
