As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the lives of your clients, helping them maintain independence while delivering necessary care. Your effective communication skills will aid in building trusting relationships with seniors and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily living activities, including bathing and dressing

• Monitor client conditions and report changes

• Support clients with safe mobility and transfers

• Assist with meal preparation and dietary needs

• Provide emotional support and companionship

Requirements:

• Active registration with BC Care Aide Registry

• Completion of a certified Health Care Assistant program

• Preference for healthcare experience

• Recent TB test and criminal background checks

• CPR and First Aid qualifications preferred
