Reporting to the Director of Care at The Hamlets at Vernon, this position requires collaboration with various care team members and effective communication. You will be responsible for developing care plans, providing nursing services, and ensuring the dignity of residents is maintained throughout their care journey. Your ability to evaluate treatments and plan effectively will be invaluable to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the development of resident care plans

• Administer medications and perform direct nursing duties

• Keep thorough documentation of resident care

• Support and mentor Health Care Aides

• Conduct evaluations of care effectiveness

Requirements:

• Current BCCNM licensure for nursing

• Experience in health care settings preferred

• CPR and First Aid certification required

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Capacity to work flexible shifts
