At Senior Helpers, we’re looking for compassionate Health Care Assistants to join our team. This role is perfect for those who have experience or are recent graduates passionate about senior care. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring quality support, assisting with daily activities, and maintaining a respectful, safe environment for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aid clients with daily living tasks like dressing and bathing

• Conduct light housekeeping and prepare meals

• Observe and report any client health changes

• Ensure safe mobility and assist with transfers

• Deliver emotional support to clients and families

Requirements:

• Must hold registration with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry

• Completion of a recognized Health Care Assistant program

• Prior experience in a health care setting is beneficial

• Recent negative TB test and criminal record check

• Preferred certification in CPR and First Aid
