Join Age Care as a Casual Resident Care Attendant at Monashee Mews in Lumby. This vital role focuses on delivering personalized care and support for residents' daily living activities.

As a Resident Care Attendant, you will report to the Executive Director or Director of Care. The position requires you to assist residents with daily living tasks while promoting choice and involvement. You will also help with meal delivery, housekeeping, and engaging in recreational activities to enhance resident well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living tasks

• Support meal delivery and housekeeping activities

• Model values in interactions with residents and families

• Participate in recreational and therapeutic programs

• Help deliver group activities and special events

Requirements:

• Graduate of recognized Health Care Assistant program

• Registration with BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker Registry

• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

• Genuine concern for the well-being of seniors

• Commitment to a resident-centered approach
