Position: Vernon Clinical Pharmacist with Interior Health

As a skilled Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role within a supportive, multidisciplinar team at Interior Health. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized medication reviews for patients

• Monitor drug therapy and compliance accurately

• Maintain comprehensive medication records and documentation

• Interpret and process medication orders efficiently

• Communicate vital drug information to healthcare team members

Requirements:

• Pharmacist registration with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia

• Accredited Pharmacy Residency program completion required

• Combination of experience and education qualifications acceptable

• At least one year of recent clinical pharmacy experience

• Encouragement of membership in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists
