As a key member of the pharmacy team, you’ll prioritize patient wellness through effective counseling, disease management, and collaboration. Your expertise will support health assessments and ensure proper documentation while actively participating in professional growth and training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional patient care with compassion and professionalism
• Educate patients on therapies tailored to their specific needs
• Develop and maintain clear care plans for patients
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance pharmacy services
• Ensure safety in all prescription handling operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with valid accreditation
• Licensed Pharmacist in British Columbia and in good standing
• Must possess Injection and First Aid Certification
• Familiarity with Kroll software preferred
