As a Laboratory Assistant at Life Labs, you will engage with patients, ensuring they understand the specimen collection process. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and explain the specimen collection process

• Perform phlebotomies and conduct ECG tracings

• Complete medical/legal drug screens and paternity tests

• Maintain relationships with clients and respond to inquiries

• Prepare specimens for transportation and testing

Requirements:

• Completion of a Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent

• Previous phlebotomy experience or healthcare background

• Proficient in data entry and patient confidentiality

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently or in a team
