We are looking for BCCSW registered Social Workers to support our acute care and community health services. This casual position offers flexibility, requiring social work expertise in partnership with healthcare teams. You will assist in providing critical support for individuals facing complex health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform psychosocial assessments and interventions

• Work with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care

• Help patients transition from hospital to home safely

• Connect individuals to essential community resources

• Strengthen coping strategies for chronic health issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work required

• Two years of recent experience in healthcare

• Current registration with British Columbia College of Social Workers

• Valid BC driver’s license is a must

• Experience with concurrent disorders preferred
