Reporting to the Program Director of Food Services, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Key aspects of the role include utilizing nutritional assessment skills to ensure compliance with Carewest standards, updating software data, and acting as a liaison between Dietitians and Food Services Managers regarding menu updates and diet compliance changes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and update all menu products and recipes
• Maintain current nutritional data for stakeholders
• Act as a liaison between Site RD's and FSM's
• Support marketing of new menu items effectively
• Communicate necessary diet compliance changes
Requirements:
• Degree in Foods and Nutrition from a recognized institution
• Completion of an accredited internship program
• Registration with the College of Dietitians of Alberta
• Experience in a clinical role is an asset
• Registration with Dietitians of Canada is preferred
