Summary:
We are looking for an associate to join our 6 OD practice here in Vernon, BC!
We have a thriving group practice that offers full time hours immediately with very attractive compensation. Vernon Optometry has dual pretest lanes, Optos, OCT, Myah meibography and axial length measurement, radio frequency and IPL treatments (and yes, we encourage all Drs to try out the RF and IPL as a perk!).
We have secure underground parking and a rooftop patio so you can enjoy lunch surrounded by our 100 panel solar farm! Picture yourself finishing off a satisfyingly full day of patients and biking 4km to the beach at Kalamalka Lake for a swim and dinner. Or maybe you're headed 15 minutes up to Silver Star Ski Resort for exceptional downhill and nordic skiing (or mountain biking in the summer).
Vernon Optometry is incredibly unique because we have a complete optical lens surfacing, coating, and edging lab () in our building so lens turnaround times and quality are excellent. We truly believe in sustainable practices and environmental responsibility with everything we do.
