Interior Health is looking for a reliable and motivated Clinical Pharmacist for a permanent full-time role. This position involves delivering exceptional clinical pharmacy services in both acute and residential care settings. You’ll engage with healthcare professionals to provide personalized treatment assessments and monitor medication use effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver clinical pharmacy services in acute and residential care
• Monitor drug prescribing, distribution, and therapy
• Offer drug information and expert advice to healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate records and document findings
• Interpret medication orders and dispense prescriptions safely
Requirements:
• Registered pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of BC
• Completion of Accredited Canadian Pharmacy Residency program
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical pharmacy experience
• Active participation in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
