Strive Living Society is seeking enthusiastic individuals for their Adult Staffed Living services. As a support worker, you will use your knowledge of behavior management and personal care to foster independence among residents. You'll follow health care plans, create meaningful routines, and document daily activities, helping individuals with developmental and mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and medication management
• Implement daily routines and health care protocols
• Support community integration and life skills
• Complete required documentation accurately
• Meet all physical requirements of the role
Requirements:
• Criminal Record Clearance required
• First Aid, CPR, and Food Safe Certificates
• MANDT and Behavior Management Training
• Reliable personal vehicle for transportation
• TB Clearance and proof of immunization
