As the primary HR resource for the VP, Service Delivery, you'll provide tailored HR advice. This strategic position requires seasoned HR experience to align workforce planning with operational needs while fostering collaborative relationships across the organization. Your expertise will guide leaders through employee relations issues, performance management, and compliance, ensuring that Connective's HR practices align with provincial legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise VP on HR strategies supporting operational goals

• Collaborate on workforce planning and succession strategies

• Lead employee relations investigations and performance management

• Coach managers for independent people management

• Enhance onboarding and retention strategies for new hires

Requirements:

• Minimum seven years’ experience as HR business partner

• Strong knowledge of BC employment legislation

• Experience in employee relations and workplace conflict

• Proven ability to influence leaders without formal authority

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
