Epicor is hiring a Technical Application Specialist in Vernon, BC, to connect with customers and provide exceptional support. Bring your troubleshooting skills and software knowledge to this vital role.
We are developing a pool of experienced candidates for future opportunities in Vernon. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. You'll be responsible for monitoring support queues, offering functional training, and logging issues for software development, all while maintaining effective communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and investigate support tickets promptly
• Manage communications with customers professionally
• Escalate urgent matters to the Support Manager
• Provide training on Epicor applications to clients
• Recreate software issues for troubleshooting
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in a technical support role
• Post-secondary education or equivalent knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office, SQL, and VPNs
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
