As a Technical Support Specialist II at Team Tekmar, you will leverage your HVAC and control systems expertise to assist representatives, contractors, and customers. This role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure high satisfaction levels. You will also engage with customers over calls and emails while participating in trade shows to represent the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for HVAC and hydronic systems
• Assist customers with advanced product application and selection
• Troubleshoot controls and system issues effectively
• Log and track support requests using department applications
• Represent the company at relevant trade shows and exhibits
Requirements:
• High School diploma required; technology or engineering degree preferred
• 2-3 years’ experience in technology or engineering
• 2 years’ experience in customer service or technical support
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of electronics and control systems
