Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support across approximately 10 issue categories
• Determine issue priority based on user impact
• Investigate third-party API key failures and billing
• Debug connectivity issues in various environments
• Trace configuration delivery issues through the system
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in technical support or Dev Ops
• Proficient in Linux command-line
• Comfortable with Docker and AWS services
• Experience with relational databases
• Strong communication skills for documentation
