Epicor Technical Application Support Specialist

With a minimum of three years in a similar role, your responsibilities include monitoring support queues and providing functional training to customers. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and resolve support cases efficiently

• Escalate critical issues to the Support Manager
• Deliver training on Epicor products
• Log software issues for the development team
Requirements:
• 3+ years in technical support or application roles
• Relevant post-secondary education or industry experience
• Knowledge of ERP inventory and production processes
• Proficiency in SQL, MS Office, and Remote Desktop
• Strong communication and customer service skills
