Technical Application Specialist at Epicor

This role requires at least three years of experience in technical support, where you will manage support cases, provide application training, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your expertise in ERP processes, particularly inventory and production management, will be critical in resolving issues quickly. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills are needed to thrive in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and resolve support cases promptly
• Provide updates to customers via phone and email
• Escalate urgent P1 issues to the Support Manager
• Conduct functional training on Epicor applications
• Log tasks for software development as needed
Requirements:
• 3+ years in technical support or application roles
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with ERP business processes
• Proficiency in MS Office, SQL, and Remote Desktop
• Strong communication skills focused on customer service
