Technical Application Specialist

Role Overview

You will serve as a Technical Application Specialist supporting Epicor’s Lumber Track/Bis Track ERP software, Android mobile apps, and Data Cubes, located in Vernon, BC. Your role includes diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical and application‑related software issues for our customers.

• Monitor the support queue and investigate, document, and resolve or escalates support cases.
• Manage and follow up on assigned support cases, providing timely updates to customers by phone and email.
• Escalate P1 and urgent issues to the Support Manager.
• Provide functional application training to customers on Epicor products.
• Troubleshoot and recreate software issues reported by customers, logging tasks for software development as required.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar technical support or application specialist role.
• Post‑secondary education in a related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with ERP business processes such as inventory management, production processing, and purchasing management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a customer service focus.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Remote Desktop connections, VPNs, and SQL (scripting, data fixing, stored procedures).
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Crystal Reports, and/or SRS Reports.
• Ability to multi‑task, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure individually and in a team setting.

  65,000–104,000.
