At Westland Insurance Group, we need a Senior Insurance Advisor for our Anderson Way location. Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience and a Level 2 insurance broker license. This role is centered on managing client relationships and guiding team members to success in the insurance field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Educate clients about various insurance products
• Take ownership of client relationships and grow presence
• Address complex insurance cases for client needs
• Support junior team members with coaching and mentorship
• Analyze underwriting principles to provide solutions
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of insurance experience
• Level 2 insurance broker license
• Currently pursuing CAIB/CIP certification
• Strong focus on meeting sales goals
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
