As a Fleet & Rentals Coordinator, you will oversee the logistics in the fleet and rental department. This includes maintaining accurate inventory records, performing equipment repairs, and ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of fleet vehicles and facilities. Your teamwork and leadership skills will be crucial in managing these operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate inventory records for all warehouse items
• Schedule and complete maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment
• Track company property and implement check-in/check-out systems
• Collaborate with maintenance teams for facility inspections
• Liaise with vendors for timely delivery of supplies
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in fleet management
• Proficiency in inventory management software
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and communication skills
