Property Maintenance Coordinator

In this key role, you will manage the preventative maintenance program for Kal Tire, impacting both owned and leased properties. Your responsibilities will include sorting service tickets, tracking contractors, and maintaining essential documentation. You will ensure compliance with lease requirements and keep maintenance logs updated for optimal property management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and dispatch service requests across all store locations
• Maintain accurate records of contractors and track all service tickets
• Develop preventative maintenance schedules based on industry best practices
• Approve invoices post-completion of maintenance work
• Monitor contractor performance for quality assurance
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years in facility maintenance or related field
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills for record-keeping
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems
