Position: Hospitality Worker Cleaning Role
Location: Lumby

Support resident health and well-being as a Hospitality Worker at Age Care, focusing on cleanliness and safety within a long-term care facility. Your efforts will create a comforting environment.

Reporting to the Hospitality Manager, the Hospitality Worker is integral to maintaining a clean and safe space for residents. You will perform daily cleaning tasks as assigned, ranging from vacuuming to window washing, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your vigilance will also help identify maintenance or safety issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine cleaning duties as scheduled

• Dust and polish all assigned areas thoroughly

• Wash windows and spot-clean walls regularly

• Manage trash disposal according to protocols

• Use and maintain cleaning equipment responsibly

Requirements:

• High school diploma preferred

• Knowledge of WHIMIS is an advantage

• Fluency in English is mandatory

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred

• Familiarity with professional cleaning equipment is a plus
