This full-time position focuses on ensuring the childcare center operates smoothly through routine maintenance, repairs, and property inspections. Candidates should possess a diverse skill set with a minimum of three years in building maintenance and be familiar with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Your role will involve meticulous attention to detail and effective communication, as you collaborate with various teams to achieve our center’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of the facility and grounds

• Complete various repairs and maintenance tasks

• Troubleshoot and maintain core mechanical systems

• Ensure landscape maintenance and snow removal

• Support event setups and general contracting projects

Requirements:

• 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience

• High school diploma (or equivalent)

• Relevant trade certifications would be an asset

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with a focus on teamwork
