Position: J&J Snack Foods Maintenance Shift Supervisor
Supervise maintenance activities at J&J Snack Foods as a Shift Supervisor. This role requires hands-on leadership and technical expertise in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

As the Maintenance Shift Supervisor, you will direct the team’s activities, ensuring effective completion of maintenance work while adhering to safety and quality standards. Troubleshooting machinery and providing training to staff will be key components of your responsibility. Strong organizational skills are essential for managing tasks throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct assignments for maintenance personnel effectively

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience as a maintenance lead

• Certification in Electrical and Mechanical fields preferred
