Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Specialist
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all garments produced meet the company's quality standards and customer requirements. This role involves monitoring the production process In-Line and at Final, inspecting finished garments, and identifying any defects or issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting visual inspections of garments at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards.

Reviewing and analyzing production reports to identify recurring quality issues and develop solutions to improve quality.

Communicating with production staff to ensure that quality standards are understood and followed.

Identifying and reporting any quality issues or defects and working with the production team to resolve them.

Working with the team to maintain accurate records of production and quality control activities.

Understanding garment construction, fabrics, patterns, s/o processes, i.e., garment dye, screen print, shirring, etc.

Reading specs and measuring garments.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control in a garment factory setting.

Understanding garment construction, fabrics, patterns, s/o processes, i.e., garment dye, screen print, shirring, etc.

Strong visual inspection, attention to detail and ability to identify defects or quality issues.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

English/Spanish speaking is helpful.

Travelling to multiple factory locations is required, must have a valid driver's license and dependable vehicle with insurance.
