We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join our White Valley Division located in Lake Country, British Columbia
. Our Lake Country Division remanufactures different types of wood packaging including bins, crates, and pallets as well as specialty trimming and sizing of plywood and solid wood.
Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
A strong commitment to safety, quality, lumber recovery, and production efficiency
.Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a lumber manufacturing environment.Strong leadership and people management skills.Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work a variety of shifts
.Experience in building and developing a positive team environment.Post-secondary education in forestry, sawmill business or industrial wood processing is considered an asset.We value diversity at Tolko and know experience and knowledge come in many forms so even if you don't have all the qualifications above, please apply. In this role, you will:
