Printing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers and projects.
• Oversee apprenticeship training.
• Train or arrange training.
• Oversee the operation of the company.
• Review and approve all job proofs or samples.
• Coordinate and schedule activities.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Requisition materials and supplies.
• Resolve work problems and provide technical advice.
• Supervise 3–4 people.
• Operate screen printing machines.

• Education:
  
  College/CEGEP.
• Experience:
  
  2 to less than 3 years in this field.
• Equipment and machinery experience:
  Screen printing machines.
• Work conditions and physical capabilities:
  Fast‑paced environment, attention to detail.
• Personal suitability:
  Efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, organized, reliable, team player.
