Quality Technician at Niagara Bottling

In this role, you will report directly to the QA Manager and play a vital part in maintaining the highest food quality and safety standards at our Recycling Plant. Your responsibilities will include calibrating laboratory equipment, conducting microbial testing, and ensuring product safety compliance. Collaboration with various plant teams will be essential as you tackle quality assurance challenges daily.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards
• Assist with batching chemicals and ingredients
• Calibrate lab equipment for accurate testing
• Collect in-process and finished product samples
• Identify and isolate non-compliant products
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required;
Associate's preferred
• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
