Join the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Vernon Jubilee Hospital as a Registered Nurse with Interior Health, providing compassionate and expert care to vulnerable infants. This role prioritizes your growth in a supportive, collaborative setting.
As a Registered Nurse in our NICU, you will be critical in assessing, planning, and managing care for sick neonates. Working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you will ensure that patients and families receive empathetic support throughout their treatment journey. This is a full-time position with rotating shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and implement patient care plans
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals
• Facilitate specialized care for neonates
• Provide education and support to families
• Ground nursing practice in scientific principles
Requirements:
• Licensed RN in British Columbia
• Experience in neonatal care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to ongoing learning and development
• Flexible to work rotating shifts
