Your role involves delivering nursing care to residents with diverse needs under the guidance of the Care Manager. You will be responsible for carrying out daily living assignments, ensuring that each resident receives the utmost care and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with families will greatly enhance the care experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide safe, quality care to residents in need
• Report on daily living activities and assignments
• Employ initiative and judgment in nursing tasks
• Collaborate with team members for effective care
• Manage responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
Requirements:
• Registered Licensed Practical Nurse with current CPR/First Aid
• Experience in dementia care preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient computer skills essential
• Clear Criminal Records Check and recent TB screening
