Interior Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Home Support Team in Vernon, BC.

• Coordinates Home Support Services by supervising Unregulated Care Providers (UCPs), overseeing the implementation of client care plans, providing training and evaluation of care provided by staff, and advocating for changes that improve client care.
• Provides input on assessments, nursing diagnosis, personal and nursing care for clients in a community health setting.
• Provides nursing care within the LPN Standards of Practice as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives, within employer policies, procedures, limits and conditions.

This is a Relief Full Time opportunity until July 25, 2027, or the return of the incumbent.

Shifts will be scheduled days and evenings rotating from 07:00 to 15:00, 08:00 to 16:00, 13:00 to 21:00 hours.
