Community Foot Care Nurse Okanagan

In this role, you'll collaborate with the community health team, working 22.5 hours weekly. You will conduct assessments, provide education on foot care, and deliver personalized services. This position is well-suited for detail-oriented nursing professionals dedicated to improving client health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute thorough foot care assessments and consultations
• Deliver foot care services through home visits and clinics
• Uphold respect and dignity in client interactions
• Monitor client concerns and report accordingly
• Create care plans focusing on patient self-care
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years' experience in relevant nursing
• Current practicing license with the BC College of Nursing Professionals
• First Aid/CPR certification or willing to acquire
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Criminal Record Check with vulnerability sector clearance
