Interior Health offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to lead the Home Support Team until July 2027. You will supervise Unregulated Care Providers, implement client care plans, and ensure adherence to the LPN Standards of Practice. This role emphasizes the importance of work-life balance and fosters community well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and supervise Unregulated Care Providers in client care
• Ensure implementation of personalized care plans
• Provide training and evaluations for care staff
• Contribute to nursing assessments and diagnosis

Requirements:
• License as a Practical Nurse in British Columbia
• Prior experience in home care or community health
