As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care according to best practices.
Your role will incorporate managing medications, optimizing residents' potential, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care delivery. By creating a nurturing atmosphere, you will enable residents to enjoy dignity and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care according to residents' needs
• Maintain drug safety protocols during shifts
• Ensure comfort and dignity for all residents
• Report changes in resident health to the RN
• Work alongside families and the healthcare team
Requirements:
• Diploma in Practical Nursing
• Valid registration with the College of Nurses BC
• Successful completion of RAI MDS certification
• Current First Aid certification and CPR
• Clear criminal and vulnerable sector background checks
